he has a show called go yard on HGTV starting April 20 and here to do demonstrations with his Wife Peyton(also on the Bachelor season 10/bachelor pad season 1) at 230 today and Saturday at the Southern Ideal Home Show this weekend at the fairgrounds! they actually met athe Jimmy V charity golf Tournament in RALEIGH! Ha

this is my fave show and my fave song! Fun Fact: I quit my last radio job for this job, giving my two weeks on a Thursday so I could go to the Snow Patrol show on the Friday after my two weeks! They were awesome with Coldplay in 2009...

so my friend, local teacher, Katie is on TV tonight as someone dining in Chef Wanted on the Food Network!  She said she didn't even get her main course becasue the chefs were so bad!  But on the bright side the gracious local owners Urban Food Group opened the bar for everyone to compensate, see preview below! me and Katie when we were in high school!
