The 55th Grammy Awards show was my favorite to date.  I actually watched the entire show and saw all the commercials.  That has never happened!  A round of applause to whoever put the Bob Marley Tribute together, it was so much fun to watch.  I was up doing the dutty wine (lol).

There were quite a few bombshells that came to the Grammy's with more than just an amazing ensemble.  This year I'm all about eating right, getting fit, and finding styles that accentuate my stature.  So I went with these women for my fashion picks who gave me style, natural beauty, as well as a reason to get in the gym.

My fave of the night was none other than BaddieBey.  Yes her look is simple, but it's classic.  I love how she paired the black and white color scheme with a red lip and slicked back pony tail.  The form fitting jump suit set Beyonce apart from the rest of the Grammy attendees.  This ensemble shows you can simplistic, and still illustrate something bold and different.  And that booty....You can see it from the front.  Go BEY... #iwantherbody

Ok so I know I'm going to get some flak for this one, but hear me out.  Janelle Monae has made it very clear, that when she steps in front of the public she will always be in her uniform, which is a black tuxedo.  At least she has a little embellishment on the collar and her gorgeous natural mane is adorned with a hat.  What I really love about Janelle is her face and hair.  She is natural beauty.  I love how she remains true to herself and individual style.

Miss Miranda Lambert looks like a southern belle in this floor length Roberto Cavalli gown.  This dress is an eye catcher but her performance dress was a show stopper, check it out here!  Miranda rocked her curves on stage and had all the males on my timeline drooling.  Get it Miranda!

Last night J Lo had everyone saying, "WOW I need to hop on the leg press".  Those thighs and calves looked great.  If you have the right weaponry you can "dress to kill".  This straight forward gown received plenty of "Ooos and Awwws" and also got a candid reaction out of Drake.  Check out his review of Jen's dress here

Ladies take a few notes from these women and wear what works for you!  Fashion is about more than just fabric and designer labels, its about showcasing what makes you special, so everyone can see how BLESSED you really are.  Embrace your natural beauty and be confident in who you are and what you wear.
